To improve its competitiveness, Naval Group decided to implement a transformation project that would notably provide for greater efficiency of the steering of the programmes and the industrial tool.

The OPTI project involves implementing a group-wide integrated programme management tool. This includes:

  • a “Trade” part with the reorganisation of the “Managing a Programme” Process,
  • a “Tool” part with the roll-out of an integrated cost, lead time and resource management tool, based on a Planisware V6 solution.
