Context
As part of the A330neo development program, Airbus has decided to invest in a new assembly line for APFs – complex mechanical parts for the engine pylon – located in Toulouse.
Our mission
Airbus has requested eocen to take the project leadership through one of its project managers.
This covers the following aspects: project management (Planning, Cost, Risks and opportunities, Reporting), coordination of a multi-skilled 20 people Airbus team (toolmakers, ergonomists, logisticians, maintenance, production) and supplier management.
